MoeMoe Chaee is an accomplished financial and regulatory compliance consultant, serving as altPILOT’s Chief Financial Officer and Director of Compliance.

Prior to joining altPILOT, MoeMoe was a consultant with Ernst and Young in the firm’s National Tax Accounting Risk and Advisory group. In this role, MoeMoe provided clients with policy and regulatory guidance related to tax accounting and planning; internal restructurings, acquisitions, IPOs, carve-out financial statements, and bankruptcies.

MoeMoe has also served as a business tax technology expert with KPMG where she delivered streamlined regulatory compliance services for REITS, REMICS, PE and hedge funds, and held various consulting roles at Korn Ferry.

MoeMoe started her career in SOX reporting at Pinnacle Entertainment Inc. (Penn Gaming).
