Form ADV - Procedures
ADVISER’s CCO is responsible for the preparation of and the accuracy and completeness of Form ADV.
In completing the Form ADV, the CCO will necessarily rely upon information provided by internal and external sources. Supervised Persons should understand the importance of accuracy and completeness in the information provided to the CCO for these purposes.
The CCO may utilize compliance consultants and legal advisers to ensure the adequacy and completeness of disclosure in Form ADV.
